Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, shears must be:
- Completely unused
- In their original condition
- Free from hair, scratches, marks, damage, oil residue, or other signs of use
- Returned with the original case, packaging, accessories, and any materials included with the purchase
Once a pair of shears has been used, tested on an animal, altered, sharpened, adjusted, dropped, damaged, or otherwise shows signs of use, it is not eligible for return or refund.
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your shears arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact Ready for Grooming within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If the product is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ready for Grooming may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
Normal wear, improper use, accidental damage, dropping, improper tension adjustment, unauthorized sharpening or repair, or damage caused by using the shears on materials or coats for which they were not designed are not considered manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping
For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If Ready for Grooming confirms that an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, Ready for Grooming will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, Klarna, Afterpay, or other payment provider.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before shipping any product back.
Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product purchased
- Reason for the return
- Photos or video, when applicable
Do not ship a return without receiving return authorization and instructions from Ready for Grooming.
Final Sale
Used or altered grooming shears are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
